St. Patrick’s International Academy was founded in 1998 and is situated in the heart of Blantyre with a boarding facility adjacent to the school.

​

We have a current student population of 213 students, from Malawi and other countries.  We pride ourselves in helping young adults grow into well-rounded and active members of society by offering a variety of Cambridge subjects and extracurricular activities.

St. Patricks International Academy boasts 26 classrooms, a fully-equipped science laboratory, computer lab, library, 700 seat auditorium/hall, purpose built sporting facilities and parking space for 100 plus cars.

We believe that going to secondary school is as much about finding one’s niche in life as having the freedom to encourage and explore it and to become the best one can be. It is our intention to maintain a friendly, stimulating and caring atmosphere at St. Patrick’s International Academy in which your child’s happiness, progress and well-being are paramount.
