At St Patrick’s we all want to succeed. Without exception.
Our students are eager, motivated and excited to learn. They want to do well in their exams and go on to good universities, get good jobs, and ultimately succeed in whatever they choose to do.
Our teachers want to teach to the best of their abilities and to nurture and support the students in all areas of their development. They want to learn new techniques of teaching and to be on the cutting edge of educational theory and practice.
Our directors want a successful, sustainable and efficient school. They have high expectations of performance. They want to feel proud of the status and reputation of the school and its graduates in Malawi to make the best school in the world.
And I want to succeed. I want to know that I have enabled all the people who are involved in the running of St Pat’s - from teachers to cleaners, directors to students, secretaries to security guards - to reach their full potential and to be the best they can.
I know we can achieve this success by working together as a dedicated and vibrant team
